The vision of Icares is a world where everyone has found the right place in work or study. It aims to accomplish this by enabling people to make the right choice. The Icares instruments help each individual to find the right course or occupation, nationally or internationally. The Icares logo explains its mission: The feather stands for spreading your wings and broadening your horizon. 

Services

From the time of its establishment in 2002, Icares has grown into an important developer of digital tests that have to do with careers, occupations, study and preferences. Institutions in the reintegration sector use the Career Test and hundreds of student counselors throughout the Netherlands work with the Icares study test.

Personal guidance

People are central at Icares. That is why we offer not only digital, but also personal guidance. Professionals train, guide and advise clients at Icares Advice. Icares has the unique combination of test development and personal career guidance.
